Where Can We Ship?

retailjourney.com delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK, including Europe, the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. It may be possible for us to deliver to other countries not listed here, but please contact us first. If your destination is not shown above and you want to know if we can ship to you just send us an email to [email protected] and we'll let you know.

We offer 3 types of shipping for each country outside the UK. These are Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, Royal Mail International Tracked & Royal Mail International Signed

Prices will vary depending on the Country you select at checkout.

Postage to the UK will vary depending on the weight of your order.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery's if the quoted address is incorrect. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office address finding service.

How Much Is Shipping?

You can see the estimated cost of shipping your order on the shopping cart page at https://www.retailjourney.com/checkout/cart. Approximate shipping costs can be checked at https://retailjourney.com/shipping. You will also be notified of the delivery costs on the checkout page before you submit your credit card details. It is here that you can also select your desired shipping method.

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and retailjourney.com is not responsible for them.

How We Will Send Your Order - UK Orders

UK orders are despatched either by Royal Mail or by Courier. For standard UK delivery we will normally use the Royal Mail. We will always endeavour to ship orders within 48 hours subject to stock availability. Delivery within mainland UK, the Channel Isles and Northern Ireland is expected to take around 5-7 working days.

Our couriers require a signature and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your products between these hours. Shipping options & methods will be shown before you submit your credit card details on the checkout page.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on retailjourney.com but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund the money you have paid.

Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

How We Will Send Your Order - International Orders

We send international orders by Royal Mail International. Shipping options & methods will be shown before you submit your credit card details on the checkout page, approximate costs can be seen at https://retailjourney.com/shipping

Please order from https://retailjourney.com with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as retailjourney.com cannot be held responsible for this.

We regret that we are unable to accept orders for delivery to an address containing a PO Box number or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box number.

Delivery to Europe is expected to take around 5-7 days, please note for non EU countries customers may be expected to pay an additional customs charges which will be their own responsibility. Worlwide Delivery outside of the above zones is expected to take around 7-10 working days.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
